Pardon the error, it was 6 years of vegetarianism and 4 years of veganism, i just conflate and consolidate the two into "veganism". I suppose i was weak anyways or already so i didn't really feel my body's alarm bells. Or i just ignored them and "soldiered on". In the end i must say, i didn't do it for the animals, i did it because some Thing latched onto me and led me into self-destruction. The Spiritual is more real and more present than we like to think, or believe.

Amen. I'm not sure if white meat is better or worse than red meat, or if it just IS. But it sure is tasty and a lot of keto information seems to focus on chicken as THE meat, not sure why. Protein probably?
