Imagine you don't have access to red meat. Period. However, you do have access to beans, vegetables, rice, nuts, and dairy. You also have access to pure goyslop. Empty carbohydrates, seed oils, and refined sugar.
In a perfect world, your diet would be able to include red meat. But if it couldn't, would you eat nothing but pastries and top ramen? Or would you choose the significantly healthier option, even if it's not perfect? Would you say—"I can't eat steak, therefore I have no choice but to eat junk food"?
