It's not a conspiracy theory, just a fault of his character. Had Hitler actually been ruthless, he would have succeeded. He lost because he was too nice.
The problem were his stupid Germanic instinct of "being the best" and so doing things maybe very good for germans if it would work (total german domination over all so called "lesser" nations) - but impossible to happen because those things wouldn't have the chance to work. Particularly : "Beware the Slavs" is the thing Germans did not understood.
He completely antagonized both us Poles and Russians in Russia and tried to win with fucking Russians.It was complete lunacy. Only we Poles entered Moscow twice (second time with Napoleon and despite it was failure - without us there would be no french soldier who would return alive).
We slavs can be absolute piece of shit when we fight,we are usually technologically inferior - but get this: morale and being batshit crazy like sand niggers without actually being so stupid like sand niggers and niggers. The only way he would be able to win with the slavic people in military way is nuking every square m2 our lands to glass. And he had no nukes. So his chance to win without Poles and Russians in his army were equal to ZERO.
