* Allow employees to take payment in discount bricks so they can make houses for their families. Encourage this to help train your team in construction best practices.

* Build churches and schoolhouses with your bricks to advertise them.

* Expand your tradespeople skills to installing rainwater, drinking filters and rudimentary plumbing and sewer systems in an attempt to gain larger projects.
