Well, it's both. There is a housing shortage, and it's exacerbated by infinite subhuman imports who get houses shoved into their asses for "free." The lifespan of people increased heavily over the past half century, so it's natural that more living spaces were necessary. While bad, it was still something that could be overcome.
Today however it's impossible to buy houses. The prices are ridiculous. In Berlin it starts from ~500.000€ and goes into ~2m€. And you don't get Los Angeles salaries, you get what, 3000-6000€ per month MINUS ~40% (taxes and healthcare). So with a 5000€ salary, considering you have to live in an apartment, pay food food, utilities, taxes, you're left with maybe ~2000€ every month, if you spend nothing extra on things like clothing or car. So 250 months ~= 21 years of continuous, stoic work, and you can buy the cheapest house in Berlin.
But perhaps you want to live in the outskirts of Berlin? 1 hour travel time to Berlin, eventually even 2 hour commute? ~300.000€ to ~800.000€. Oh well, only ~12 years of diligent work! You could even get a house for ~200.000€!! It's a tiny house.
But I found others for ~200.000€ in remote areas in a price range of 200.000€ to 500.000€. They look basic, but acceptable. A humble life. ~9 years of continuous work ONLY.

Berlin is in Germany though
It’s basic supply and demand. We only have a certain amount of jobs and utilities like houses, food, social securities paid by taxes, etc. Baby boomers were able to boom because they had a void to fill. But by importing people in those numbers they’re artificially ramping up the demand so it keeps the wages down and increases the prices for everything else. For that it doesn’t matter even if it’s French people migrating to Germany en Masse or Japanese, them being niggers just make it much worse.
Almost like we are occupied by our enemies, and they dont want us starting families which could lead to fit young men chasing them out.
