culture follows from biology, yeah. not just IQ, but hardwire instincts and responses. dimorphism %, overall physical size and power, what foods they can most effectively digest. everything biologically unique to your people, your blood.

so, for example, Chinese, Japanese, and Germanics might have similar IQs but will each create very different cultures and societies.

Chinese not so much but I respect the Japanese almost as much as German culture. They truly are the asian Aryans.
