You mean, move the bankers money, to another set of bankers, while a few other bankers, dip their hands on it, while I slave this gift of life away, increasing their material wealth?

this is the absolute pinnacle of what most people are capable of. asking them to do anything more would be cruel and unreasonable. actually, many people aren't even capable of doing this much, consistently.

They are spineless retards. They are programmed to hate landlords, but look the other way when megacorporations purchase all homes.

Vanlife gang (it ain't just for lefties!)

The housing situation has gotten to such a state that 9 times out of 10, I'm met with admiration or envy when I tell people I live in my car.

I hear that response a lot, and it is fair. Closest you could get would be an RV, but that immediately disqualifies you from the vast bulk of advantages that come from living in a vehicle, and is more of a lateral move.

It's a logistical pitfall that these are all vulnerable to.

You would need to rent a space to park and hookup, or own your own land that is either (((zoned))) properly, or discreet enough to live out of a vehicle or trailer on without jews noticing.

The true van or car life advantage is tactical homelessness. Sleep in parking lots, no land no rent. Be a ghost on society's radar. Trying to do that with a gigantic vehicle and children in tow will draw Child Predator Services to you like sharks to blood.

Pretty much, plus it simply isn’t safe for toddlers. Houses have fences, cars do not.

Lots of land does not allow manufactured homes, RVs, trailer homes, etc.

If i were single i'd pull a small camper with my truck, sleep in KOA's and RV camps, and work for a national construction company such as a steel company that travels a bit doing large projects. Would probably pay $100K per year, pay for hotels and per diem, etc. Quick way to save up money to buy land which i would pay mostly cash for and then build on.

The American Dream (homeownership) is still alive but you can't just buy a $500,000 overpriced pine box in suburbia anymore. You have to buy land and build it all yourself. Intimidating for most but for a White man, building a house is easy.

This.

I was lucky to buy an apartment but if I was struggling I would move to a van and that’s it.

Maybe would just buy a piece of land or a garage to park it and live there.

What would be a fair amount to pay monthly for a safe place to park , with water , electric and sewage hookup

My wife and I decided against rental houses. Instead build long term RV parking on our land. But being selective on who.

If you're asking me, I'd say a few hundred bucks, maybe $500-600 tops, especially if "selective" means someone you have a level of social investment in. Friend, family, etc. Or if you'd *like* to socially invest in the tenant.

If "selective" means total and perpetual stranger with reputable character, and you want maximum returns without being a total jew about it, I'd say $700-800 tops.

I’m seeing more and more people living out of their vehicles now, and I don’t blame them one bit. Shit, many of them are paying auto insurance rates, and car notes that are more expensive then the house note their grandparent, and/or parents paid. Might as well treat it as your home.

I agree 100%. I don’t understand how people get into wrecks(I do), especially today with all the nanny assist, and low speed limits. Car stop faster than ever before, but speed limits have remained the same most places.

People playing on cellphones and with their iinfotainment screens are the biggest culprit IMHO, and shitskins of course.

>Because if some dumb nigger or jeet runs into you with bix noood coverage, you at least have something

Jews are fleecing insurance rates so bad that getting hit by a nigger almost seems preferable. Don't act like I'm nuts for suggesting going uninsured when my rates have gone from $1600 annually to $2800 in just the last two years. I won't be paying it when it's $4000 in another two years.

Lol what a cuck. I "own" a house like a fucking gigachad, so I transfer wealth from my employer to the bank. No landlord in sight, suckers! I just have to pay a small fee in property taxes for the privilege of owning paying for and maintaining this property.

Good passive income?
siccofit on scored.co
5 days ago 2 points (+0 / -0 / +2Score on mirror ) 1 child
Too much of a hassle for me but at least I have some “passive” income that helps from time to time. But I’m an extremely lazy person. You can pay 5-10% of the monthly rent to a company to do it for you and you just get the money. That is how I am doing. Only reason I bought the house was to beat inflation.

if i were to buy a house, fix it up, and rent it ......then what sort of extra taxes will unkle kike Samuel try to hit me with? if the county finds out it is rental property maybe they triple the property tax. If irs finds out i have rental income then they send goons to inspect. Imagine having the government so involved in something as simple as letting someone sleep in the guest house with some sort of compensation for it. Having government this involved in every transaction and the usage of our personal real estate property means that we are not actually free. Our ancestors would have never tolerated this micromanagement. Indentured Servitude was primarily what they were escaping. We are becoming indentured servants again.

I used to know a guy who had a bunch of rentals and, dispite not accepting section eight, he was constantly having to fix stuff and visit tenants to remind them rent was due. Seems more trouble than it's worth unless you can invest enough to make it your full time job. And make sure to check out your local eviction laws to make sure a bad tenant can't screw you over.
Vlad_The_Impaler on scored.co

Yet people still rent. From corporations or government.

So basically the courts and laws made it so that a private entrepreneur cannot rent, have any legal rights to evict, and even has to let bums live rent free during fake scamdemics. All so that corporations and government could move in on the market share and turn everyone into indentured servants.

On the local level, when developers move in to pitch apartment building complexes and townhomes the local fat pig politicians eat that shit up right from the trough. Probably with kickbacks. Often the extra fire departments, roads, intersections, etc. are not even funded and the developer doesn't pay extra for new schools and police services. So the existing taxpayers that already live in the town who do NOT want the new development must now pay for all new libraries and officers and firemen for the new development.

Also this could be used as replacement. Say democrats want to target a few precincts. They move in with developers, who throw money around to local politicians to allow development. Then democrats market the new apartments and dwellings to people they screen out as democrats. And then they move a hoard of democrats into a once conservative town. Lots of the new housing i've seen is FOR RENT. You cannot buy the new houses. Corporations own the entire neighborhood. Only rent. How did corporations strike a deal to pay property taxes on entire neighborhoods? I bet they are paying less than you do.

So it's all about picking a based White Nationalist tenant, helping them get a below-market rate on rent, and sealing the deal with a White Nationalist handshake.

Otherwise renting out property is asking for stress, high blood pressure, maybe murder charges.

Indentured Servitude

It's the primary reason most of the first Americans RISKED the voyage to America in the first place.

What reason do your jew history books in jew government schools for goyim teach you? What do jews say is the reason Americans came to America? Blood thirst to kill Native Indians?
