Gaining size comes from lifting heavy and eating. Look into beginner heavy lifting programs like 5x5 or 5/3/1. If youre going to put on muscle i would say keep eating what youre eating. 1-2 grams of protein per lb of body weight. Lots of clean carbs. Once you can squat 315 5x5 i would say you could start cutting.

Yea bro gotta start somewhere. I got up to squatting 315 using that program. Thats heavy. You can do it
