Cut em off, let them live as their ancestors did
You know, residential schools and all that get a lot of flack, but if you think about it, they were the most noble thing imaginable. The good Christian seeing the good in all, thought without malicious prejudice, that these people could be civilized, and sought to do so, to bring them into the modern age.
But through savage retardation they were incapable.
They can't be civilized, but they also can't entirely live as their ancestors did, I guess, bevause there's not enough wilderness or something for them, or we built a dam that ruined their ancestral fishing hole or some shit.
They're half in and half out, and so they get to just be lazy savages with everything handed to them
How is this good?
