It really, really saddens me. The previous generations of Koreans that I knew in Korea fight like mad to keep their country language and culture. Every country should be like that. One day it could be someone else living in the Korean Peninsula farming that land that used to grow cabbage and rice.

The new generation? I don't think they even care anymore. What gives?

I'm trying to instill in my kids the idea that their language and culture is unique and precious. We need to convey this idea to all people. Do NOT mix cultures or languages.
