Christian Identity is the closest you're going to find to unchanged Holy Tradition but they're few and far between. The ideal solution is to start our own Church on these basic founding Principles.

Sadly it depends very much on the congregation. Luther’s idea of a "priesthood of all believers" is heavily misused by heretics, but also allows for the most based priests ever to talk freely.
