Who gives a shit? Jews aren't even genetically the same as the jews of the past. Jewishness isn't entirely about genetics. It's also about culture, participating in the "jewish community". Acting like a jew and calling yourself a jew is what makes a person a jew. There's probably millions of people in Europe that have some jewish ancestry from long ago. Doesn't make them jews, in my opinion.
