There are things that you do not understand. There are kids born in 2010 in India who have grown up consuming media on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. They do not identify with "being Indian" and are itching to get out of India any moment they can seize the opportunity. They speak English and will look primarily to move to either Canada or USA or UK.

The universities are going to want their money because they pay way more than us American wagies. "Yeah, but college is worthless anyway" . True, but they don't give a fuck about education. They care about planting roots here. Even if they do not intentionally want to, THEY WILL REPLACE YOU. College is just a gateway to the American life.
The F1 visa is what allows college students to get a job in America. While students are on F1, they can "hop" onto H1B. The minute they get an H1B, they are never.going.back. That is one white family replaced. One bloodline gone. Their kids will be the next Zohran.
