Take finasteride at 0.5 mg a day. Up the dose by 0.25mg until you get to 1mg a day if hairloss persists after 2-3 weeks after upping the dose each time. If after you've upped the dose to 1mg you do not see results you'll need to use dutasteride and you'll need to check in with an andrologist for it since it is prescription only. Another guy said micro needling which is good in combination with 5% minoxidil until hair is replenished.
Do not let your hair fall. It will become increasingly more difficult and invasive to reverse hairloss after you've lost it. Bald men are not respected in any capacity in today's world and the cope you'll look like some actor or fake wrestler after you go all in with a shaved head is mind-blowingly stupid. The crushing majority of men look atrocious bald.
Some dude said that you can have a hair transplant. Goes to show how uneducated people are so confident to comment on a topic they know nothing about. Even if you have a hair transplant, the operating doctor will still put you on finasteride or dutasteride to stop your hairline from receding. You can avoid the transplant altogether for as low as £10/month for the next 10 to 20 years.
It is the only way to stop hair loss. No matter who you consult, they'll tell you the same. Check on bald and lookism forums online and see what will happen if you lose your hair.
