Yes, a Canaanite. A non-White. A jew is the creation of Esau who race mixed with the Canaanites, creating the Edomites, known today as jews. He then proceeds to call her a dog and refuses to save her soul, only healing her body for her faith, showing how we should treat non-Whites: if they show up to our door needing aid in good faith, provide it, then kick them back out. Don't seek after them, don't allow them in, don't tolerate them.

Why would we be the bad guys? The bad guys were the non-Whites, like the Philistines, the Edomites, the Canaanites, the Satyrs. We're the ones who followed God, as imperfect as we were, and lead the world all of today's blessings and good things. The jews are all the curses and bad things.
Edit: I reread it. You are correct. And since it's from the mouth of God I'd say it trumps Roman's gentile VS jew stuff.
