More than that, there’s simply no enforcement anymore for all the laws and financial benefits that harm men at the expense of women. You want a divorce? Okay, he keeps the kids. Yes, him. Like every single divorce before 1875.

You cheated on him? No, you don’t get alimony. You say he killed your lover when he found you together? No charges. It was a crime of passion in the heat of the moment and he had every right to protect what was his. Yes, was. I can’t think he’s going to want to be with you anymore.

He hurt your feelings? He’s boring? He doesn’t do what you want him to do? No, you don’t get to have a divorce at all. You made a promise. Society is built on promises. Suck it up.

Financial incentives for starting a business? No, you don’t get any more than a man would get. You want a business to hire you? Are you better than any of the other applicants? Then why should they be forced to hire you? Because of those things on your chest that should be feeding your children?

"Till death do we part" absolutely should be a legally binding statement. You can seperate if one spouse is abusive, but never, ever remarry (which is adultery) unless the marriage was never valid to begin with (which, to be fair, most marriages these days are, since they are conducted outside of the Church).
