NettyYahoo told the BBC last year or so that they can't ANY rapefugees because "Israhell must maintain her demographic integrity."
The news anchor didn't question or challenge that statement.
> "They will be resettled in the Palestinian state and not in the Jewish statme or in any other state but not in the Jewish state. The demographic integrity of Israel will be preserved. Recognizing Israel as a Jewish state is not a tactical issue for us. It is the most fundamental issue for us. It’s the absolute core of the conflict. It’s what created the conflict to begin with." ~ [Israel’s ambassador to the United States, Michael Oren](https://web.archive.org/web/20150530121016/https://foreignpolicy.com/2010/10/15/israeli-ambassador-were-a-long-way-from-discussing-settlements/)

Netanyahu closed the airports a few days after their war with Iran began and wouldn't allow people to leave. They need the jews to stay in israel(which is great for everyone else). They use their civilians as human shields which they claim Hamas does.
Yes, I posted about that here and elsewhere at the time. People dismissed it by saying that it was the commercial airliners that were refusing to enter their airspace for safety. No, even private charters were prohibited. The IDF threatened to arrest anyone caught trying to leave the country.
Many of them have homes abroad (See: "Israelis invested $2.3b in real estate abroad in 2022"), so imagine how embarrassing it would have been to their claims that Israhell is a "real" country if 50% or more can just up and leave if they had to? The optics would prove that jews don't need the land, that it's not a real country, and that the Palestinians need the land more rather than be made refugees.
