I mostly stick to green tea but on a usual basis i get like 1-3 cups of espresso per day

My mother is far worse, she drinks a minimum of 7 per day

Honestly i did try to detox from caffeine but then i wake up in the morning and its hard for me to perform basic tasks

 as based as i am on slop, i'm no better than the cattle who need this chemical to function

Yep youre addicted as fuck. Never drink coffee first thing in the morning because then your brain becomes dependent on it. Always wait an hour or so. I have max one cup per day and dont even notice when I miss a day or a week.
