He is already or he would not be in front of that camera. He is a mercenary for the Kalergi Plan. The idea is to import all these groups and then deal with them separately because a united front is a threat to your exclusive power. It helps that these groups are split among themselves and further dilute the odds of a united front. He can say he would arrest Netanyahu all day long, but he won't do it unless it has already been decided for him.
