This is a good point. Many Protestants have been manipulated by the Scofield's Bible and believe Israel are "God's chosen" and that "blessing Israel will bless them" thanks to clinging onto OT scripture that doesn't apply to them. Dispensationalism and prosperity religion have been woven into modern Christianity and it's absolutely terrible.


This is usually not such the case with Catholics, Orthodox or Reformed, who understand who make up the true Israel (the church).

**God’s Promise to Abraham belongs to Christians!**

Just as Jacob (the jews) stole Esau's Blessing, so are they attempting to "steal" God's Blessing of Christians by having us humiliate ourselves and worship them instead. If we're to compare this scenario to Norse mythology, Jacob (the jews) would be Loki, the trickster. We must not let our brothers in Christ be deceived!
