This is Washington and they are all over the place. I had 2 different friends who moved to southern Alaska and one was a security guard at a mall. He said all he ever did was play PS2, confiscate cigarettes from children, and call the cops to take the tribals to the drunk tank.
Fewer violent impulses, but still no self-control.
