No, you're misunderstanding the logic.
I'm not saying you only have the options in life of servitude to a woman and procreating or not. I am saying if those are your options then you're better off not procreating. Obviously, if you can not be subservient to a woman and procreate then that's ideal. Go for it! But most men do not have this option in modernity.
