Having a good wife to come home to replaces any need for a therapist. That’s a lot harder these days, but it’s still possible if you lower your physical standards. She may have peaked 20 years ago, but she’s a good cook, and misses you while you’re at work.
Therapists are overrated anyway. They’re almost all women that could get a date any day of the week, so no, they’re not going to understand why you’re lonely. Or why you ended up doing hard labor for $12/hr despite a degree and a decade of leadership in the military. Therapists are like that boomer meme, *“Just walk in there and tell the boss you want a job. That’s how I got a house, wife, and Camaro by 22.”*
