Both sides just keep lobbing missiles at car parks and apartment buildings. I would think that Command, Control and Communication targets, airfields, AA sites, ya know - military targets would be a little more effective. Especially from the almighty Israeli side.

You assume we're getting a video of every target being shot at.
A military target isn't usually in some downtown area. You know what is? Civilians with cellphones who record the footage and put it online, against the wishes of the jew government.
The only people around to record near a military target are likely soldiers, and they're not going to be recording the footage to upload to social media.

Both sides would be touting these kinds of strikes on international media though. They might not give specifics, but they'd be screaming the hits from the rooftops (metaphorically speaking, of course).

They hate each other enough and are savage enough that I would imagine they probably go for civilians first. After all, Iran knows its only a matter of time before the USA is dragged in to "democratize" their government and turn their people into jewish slaves, while Isntrael knows that eventually the USA wont be there to save them since theyve poisoned it to its deathbed. So both are likely trying to ensure that no one is left to re-populate after things go fully hot.
Iran are strategically targeting key infrastructure such as Mossad, oil refineries, airports and power stations.
It looks like Iran is targeting civilian structures only because Israel builds their critical targets within civilian areas to use civilians as a shield.
Whereas Israel chooses civilian targets because they want to seem to be winning.
Israel are already planning rolling blackouts all over the state to conserve what little power they have left.
The other thing to be mindful about is Iran aren't using their latest missiles: they are using their oldest and weakest missiles first to consume as much Iron Dome interceptor rounds as possible before they start using their big missiles.

They are. www.presstv.ir is like the iranian equivalent of “Voice of America”. The powers that be don’t want you to read it.
