Someone got accidentally an internal guideline between a company and job recruiters describing what they are looking for. To summarize:

- Look good on paper.
- Not only do you have to be graduated from a few select universities, you also have to have 4-10 years of work experience. A video said the latter requirement only applies if you come from a pleb background. So you can be an incompetent newbie with the right paper OR you are a software engineer who already got paid for work.
- Be female and/or nigger - the less it's White and a man, the better. I guess trannies count as "Woman+", so share your castration status. If faggot, it's of utmost importance to let them know that you get fucked in the ass.
- Actual competence and interest to do the job doesn't matter - just say you know a bunch of blabla, and add to it more blabla. The more blabla, the better.

Ignore the fact that after 4-10 years of work experience, higher education becomes irrelevant. Why don't they bring up how you behaved in kindergarten? Oof, you didn't paint your parents with crayons well enough, clearly you are not suited to be a standard web developer. It shows a lack of nepotistic ambition, which we value a lot, because actually we're just going to hire someone's son, or else some worthless pajeet or holocaust survivor kike (which apparently all of them are) - or if Moloch grants us that blessing (totally not a curse) - a niggress.

Can you imagine the tremendous amounts of enrichment a disgusting female nigger will bring to the work environment? Damned be the work itself, her presence alone, her smacking her lips, her doing no work, her efforts to look busy, perhaps a little chimpout? That would be totally worth it.

But let's be realistic - it will be some incompetent pajeet or mongrel. Oh well, at least we scared away every person with the slightest amount of competence and potential! Either it must be an overqualified unicorn OR a worthless subhuman. Bonus points for worthless subhuman btw.

And then they go "but no one who has *only* worked at big companies" because they know Google and Facebook pull the same shit; they're looking for startups to weed out the incompetent for them.

I'm not sure competence matters for any of them at this point. It's more like a bureaucratic system in which they value employees based on paper. Meaning if they hire a [good university graduate] + [4.0 GPA], it means that's a good pick. They also prefer "diversity" hires, which CLEARLY indicates competence is not important to them.

So once they pick someone, they have already determined the value of that person regardless of how he performs. It's already determined on hire.

From there on you probably can be as terrible or genius as you want, their judgement of you will not change. So they may pick people based on if they worked in startups, but that's +x score on paper no matter what. Perhaps they just heard it's good practice to do so, so they just developed the habit of doing it.
