What skills are you cultivating that would make your Ancestors proud?

Are you training your body to weather all storms? Are you learning the language of your folk? Do you play an instrument or can you read composition? I want to hear how Whiteness is outpouring in your actions.

I need to quit drinking. It's only "social drinking" but in order for me to level up, it needs to be eliminated or at least, greatly reduced. Thanks for the post.
