women have the emotional and cognitive abilities of a 14 year old, throughout their lives. this is why they have a man assigned to direct them and be responsible for them, always. first a father, then a husband. when they go out they must be accompanied by a responsible male. they may have input on decisions that affect their life, and her man should listen to her and her needs, but he ultimately makes the decision as he is responsible for her.
