Problem is, I can’t find any good information about it. There seem to only be 11 names in public databases, and it’s so small that it doesn’t register on surname etymology sites, either. Thing is, a *ton* of Eastern European names were anglicized when coming to the US, so you can’t instantly assume it’s jewish. She sure doesn’t *look* phenotypically jewish.
