There's a trap behind EVERYTHING the cops say and do.
That's why any smart lawyer tells their clients -- and the public at large -- NOT to speak to cops. Don't explain yourself, don't try to excuse yourself, nothing! The cops know when and if they want to arrest you; in which case, there's nothing you can say or do to change their mind. Don't say anything except that you wish to speak to a lawyer.
The police stole one of my clients new luxury cars for a traffic violation. They said his registration wasn't "pulling up" and they had to impound the vehicle because "it might be stolen." They also made sure to tell him he would NOT be able to get it out of impound UNTIL they finished their investigation because it was being held as evidence.
Makes sense, right? You can't take evidence out of hold, right? That was a huge fucking LIE. They said that so the impound would classify the car as abandoned after one week. The car went to auction and, surprise, the cop who pulled him over won the auction before it was posted online: $1,200 for a new Mercedes -- the impound fee for one week.
Okay, but then the cop still owes the loan on the car, right? NO! The gov't can issue a clean title on the car. Debts/ liens on the vehicle are expunged from the Title. So not only did the police steal his car, they left him owing the loan on the car. And no, he had no recourse to sue. Client had to file bankruptcy and risk losing his businesses to wipe out the loan on the car the police stole from him.

Dammmmn, I know who I'm calling when I get into trouble, if ever... 😂 "Do you know who my attorney is... I want XBX_X on the phone NOW!" Zogbot face drops, begins urinating himself.

I'm not claiming to be an attorney, BTW. I mean he was a client of my business.
And anyone can "get in trouble" with the police for any reason, as this video shows. They decide if they're going to fuck up your life. They say "innocent until proven guilty," yet the process treats everyone as guilty. EVERYONE needs to have $15k minimum to cover an attorney's retainer. Start saving now!

I had a fast food drive thru bitch call the cops and tell them I was threatening and possibly armed... This same thing happened on a fender bender accident where the female driver refused to exchange insurance info and opted the in a false report in order to get cops on the scene. They both lied in order to get the police involved. At both incidents they drew weapons on me and detained me. I asked them why the fuck they're showing up and threatening to use lethal force when all I want is my money back for a burger I didn't receive and the other officer said there were threats of bodily harm and possible altercation during the fender bender. Both could have killed me over a burger receipt and a fender bender. Moral of the stories... CUNTS WILL LIE THEIR FUCKING ASSES OFF JUST TO GET YOU "IN TROUBLE"... FILING FALSE CLAIMS PUTTING LIFE IN DANGER DOESN'T BOTHER THEM ONE FUCKING BIT. Now I realize this. I also realize that filing a false report is against the law and I will be watching out and pressing charges for this if it ever happens again.

I'm sorry to hear that, man. Like I said, you have to have money stacked for an attorney at any moment. I know its hard seeing as most people live paycheck to paycheck, but that's sadly the state of America. I had another client send me threatening texts in the middle of the night and the fucking cops refused to take my statement to file for a protective order. Not that I feared him, but if anything did happen then I want to have that in my favor.
They literally told me that "he can say whatever he wants" and that "watch your back" can mean anything. I asked the fat fuck cop what would happen to me if I sent the same texts to the governor or the police chief. That pig just looked at me and said "Is there anything else I can help you with today?"
Right. Anyhow, my lawyer advised me to write the sergeant and the PD's main email a letter summarizing our discussion and why I wanted to file a report so that it would be on record. If the PD destroyed record of that email, that would be a crime on their part. Nothing else happened, but it just goes to show you that justice is a commodity that has to be bought in America.
