and what can ~~i~~ we do to ward ~~myself~~ ourselves against that shit. it's annoying because at least in my case they often know exactly which buttons to press to get me worked up.

Well even if they are a total troll or a bot someone else could always learn from the discussion. Power in truth.

"I am the Way and the Truth and the Light. No one comes before the Father but through Me" and Jesus is the WORD, so apologetic arguments are profitable.

Very true.

Debate is like physical training for your mind and ideas. Weak men hold weak ideas, because neither have been challenged. Debate is necessary to hold strong concise ideas that stand up to scrutiny.

Good debate requires all parties be civil, honest, logical, and prioritize truth above all. However, even in a bad debate there is much to be gained. An intractable opponent enables you to hone your ideas and explore the counterpoints. It gives refutation to lies and falsehoods, publicly for all to hear. It gives resistance to liars and fools, publicly. And, it gives true information for everyone around you who may not have heard your arguments and information.

This is especially crucial for normies, as it enables us to plant seeds in their minds which come to fruition when the lies they were fed no longer make sense, and our public statements give an alternative which keeps getting proven true. Most here weren't born red pilled. We were red pilled by people that spoke out against the lies, and confronted the liars where ever they spoke.

I think of it as training. A lot of the arguments at least *seem* to be persuasive so it's good practice to take them apart to figure out where they fail.

Truly free speech places attract "intellectuals" who write massive novels. I'm guilty of this myself. I used to spend 30 minutes writing a comment but now the interaction here is so low there's no reason to bother.

There are actors who do this simply to bog you down in bullshit. That marxhatedjews faggot was a good example.

Don't Let Them Have that Power Over You 💪 🤗

Why say Big Word when Little Word Do the Trick? 😉🤭

I've kind of given up on closed-loop discussions with a point and counter-point. IMHO, the most valuable posts/comments are pithy statements that summarize a subject in one or two sentences or actual effort posts.

i like and aspire to the latter but i keep getting suckered into the former and then five comments and two days into it, i check the profile and its some sub-1 year old account spamming the jew accusation.

i know its the internet and "words don't mean much" but you can't have trust at all if you don't start trusting SOMEONES word on SOMETHING, and most people take their faith pretty d-word serious.

Meant to exhaust you, I forget the name of the strategy, but it serves to fatigue you for when real debate and discussion occurs.
