It's oppressive that she's mixing up some kind of chemical imported poison concoction baby formula when she should have her breast in that baby's mouth.

Even the baby is looking at the camera like "oh shit she's mixing up this crud again and is going to put it in a fake nipple and try to shove it down my throat."
