Again ... ***Fees, Fines, Rents and Royalties*** -- remember it, learn to recognize it!
I'm almost tired of saying it every other week, but jobs like lawyers, accountants, consultants, mediators, insurance/ real estate agents, referral services, etc. All service-based businesses where they rubber stamp paper with no real overhead, have some reason/ excuse to collude with gov't agencies in exchange for tax money, and can still take payment under the table by drafting phony billable hours/ services. They find some way to be "middle men" that force themselves into transactions they have no business in to collect a fee. That's how jews skim their money.
