IQ alone is telling.
the US government spent upwards of a century on IQ research to find out that people under 83 IQ are net negative to mission effectiveness. there is no job they can do, not even janitorial, where their contributions outweigh their downsides. this applies regardless of race or sex. people under 83 IQ are just bad.
they lack basic reasoning skills, deduction, critical thinking, not even getting to hypotheticals or conditional hypotheticals. many don't have presence of mind, or they lack the prefrontal cortex development to perform precognitive thinking (e.g. what happens if i do <x>?) they don't know, even if they see someone do it right in front of them.
now realize that most people who have these basic functions don't even realize that so many others do not. in fact, to many, the idea that tons of others don't is an offense to their worldview. like when it came out that a sizable portion of the population have no inner monologue, and are biologically incapable of producing an original thought, they attacked when they found out most of the rest of the population doesn't have this issue. "you hear voices in your head? what are you, schizo?"
well... now consider that roughly half of all blacks in America are under that 83 IQ, and over 99% of blacks in Africa are under that.

That's assuming the average IQ is actually as high as 83. It's more likely that it's similar to African standards, which are 60 to 70. So I'd assume it's way more than half of American niggers.

Not fix it but I'd expect them to at least be annoyed by the beeping, figure out where it's coming from and find a way to make it stop.

This is a correct metaphor. Expecting niggers to behave like non-niggers and do things niggers never do is delusional. There is no point in waiting for niggers to become human - it simply will not happen, no matter what. To make that condition is akin to saying "as soon as pigs fly", or "as soon as hell freezes over."
