Cops see a million cars a day on the road. They don't have reason to stop 99.9% of them and of the 0.1% the reasons are typically so minor they don't even bother 99.9% of *those* (ie: going 5 over which everyone does and nobody gets enforced against).
Did you ever consider not giving them reasons to "revenue" you? Did you ever consider the problem might be *YOU?*
I haven't gotten pulled over in over 150k miles driven in the last five years. What do you suppose my magic secret is?
I’ve been pulled over four times total in my life, and legitimately one time I was speeding, and that’s the time I didn’t get the ticket or a warning. All three of the other times I was pulled over for manufactured bullshit to fish. I shit you not, the first time I was ever pulled over was when I was 18 after only having licensee for a few months. I was driving home from a friends house after being in that area for the first time, and made a wrong turn on the way home. I was pulled over for being too white in the wrong area in a nice, but older model car. Bunch of white cops harassed the hell out of me including pulling me out of the car, and pressing me up against the side of it hard enough to make it very uncomfortable while they threatened to search my vehicle. All of this for making a wrong turn.
