I watch a ton of cop body and dash cam videos for background noise while I'm working on other things and this is classic nigger behavior. The amount of times they simply ***believe*** that "you ain't had no reezin!" as their excuse for fleeing is unreal. Cop will light them up for having fake tags, and they'll say their reason for fleeing was "whuchu stawppin me fo I dindu nuffin". Like there could be any legit reason for the stop but they think they have some 'right' to ignore a detention if they themselves simply believe there was no reason, with no further information. I saw one where the guy's rear bumper fell off and the cops was trying to stop him to tell him and he initiated a high speed pursuit and ended up getting felonies because on top of that his car was full of promethazine and stolen guns.
Nobody has ever argued with the cops mid-arrest and fucking won the argument and been let free. Most places cops won't even enforce tint laws or other minor shit unless there's multiple reasons for the stop. Since this guy is a sovcit I'm assuming the tags were also fake, there was no registration, and no insurance, and he had a prior record.
