This is literally one of those stops where you probably would just get a fix-it-ticket that is $0, or a warning, if you're just personable and polite.

"Good afternoon sir... Oh the window? Yeah it got broken last week and I don't have the cash to fix it right now so I covered it up, I'm sorry I wasn't aware of the transparency requirement. I was thinking, like, vans and trucks don't have rear windows so it'd be fine. Just like, saran wrap or something? That's my bad. No problem sir I'll get that changed out right away. Have a good day."

I was speeding driving through Louisiana, the cop asked where I was going, I said I was leaving Florida but was trying to find a good local place for Cajun food since it was my last time in the state for a long while. We chatted about Cajun food and he recommended me a local place for lunch and let me go.

Like some basic decency gets you incredibly far in life. The lesser races call that "White Privilege".

But sovereign citizens are physically incapable of behaving themselves.

Because this guy is a sovereign citizen his first impulse was to begin a retarded argument about why it was a crime to ask for his identification. But "magically" 20 minutes of footage "mysteriously" is missing from this YouTube video, where "for reasons unknown" after every edit the guy is standing somewhere completely different and has an increasingly aggressive tone.

He should have never been pulled over for it to begin with.

I agree with everything else you stated.
