With the cuts, it's really impossible to tell who was in the wrong here, until about 3:05, where the cop issued him an order to turn around so he could be detained/arrested. This is the point where he became unreasonable. DO NOT ARGUE THE LAW WITH COPS ON THE STREET. It's really that simple. If the cops were in the wrong here, all this retard had to do was comply with their detention/arrest and then sue them for it. Instead, he nearly got his ass shot because he wanted to be macho. You can't be macho with cops when they believe they're issuing you a lawful order.

I watch a ton of cop body and dash cam videos for background noise while I'm working on other things and this is classic nigger behavior. The amount of times they simply ***believe*** that "you ain't had no reezin!" as their excuse for fleeing is unreal. Cop will light them up for having fake tags, and they'll say their reason for fleeing was "whuchu stawppin me fo I dindu nuffin". Like there could be any legit reason for the stop but they think they have some 'right' to ignore a detention if they themselves simply believe there was no reason, with no further information. I saw one where the guy's rear bumper fell off and the cops was trying to stop him to tell him and he initiated a high speed pursuit and ended up getting felonies because on top of that his car was full of promethazine and stolen guns.
Nobody has ever argued with the cops mid-arrest and fucking won the argument and been let free. Most places cops won't even enforce tint laws or other minor shit unless there's multiple reasons for the stop. Since this guy is a sovcit I'm assuming the tags were also fake, there was no registration, and no insurance, and he had a prior record.
My argument is that the initial stop was complete bullshit, and unreasonable. 🍎FOPA 🌳

Cops see a million cars a day on the road. They don't have reason to stop 99.9% of them and of the 0.1% the reasons are typically so minor they don't even bother 99.9% of *those* (ie: going 5 over which everyone does and nobody gets enforced against).
Did you ever consider not giving them reasons to "revenue" you? Did you ever consider the problem might be *YOU?*

I’ve been pulled over four times total in my life, and legitimately one time I was speeding, and that’s the time I didn’t get the ticket or a warning. All three of the other times I was pulled over for manufactured bullshit to fish. I shit you not, the first time I was ever pulled over was when I was 18 after only having licensee for a few months. I was driving home from a friends house after being in that area for the first time, and made a wrong turn on the way home. I was pulled over for being too white in the wrong area in a nice, but older model car. Bunch of white cops harassed the hell out of me including pulling me out of the car, and pressing me up against the side of it hard enough to make it very uncomfortable while they threatened to search my vehicle. All of this for making a wrong turn.

The reason for the intial stop could be that the cop didn't like the way he looked at him. That doesn't change the fact that you shouldn't argue with cops on the street. It doesn't turn out well. Take them to court and sue their ass. How thick is your skull?

No attorney would touch the case. Not worth the time or effort, and he’s white. It’s also nice when you go to court to fight, and even if you win, you still lose since you have to miss at least a half day of work to deal with the matter even if it’s just a bullshit traffic citation. They know this, and know it’s cheaper for most people to just take the hit, and pay the fine. Meanwhile, are they going to be penalized for writing a bullshit ticket that you proved false, and are they going to reimburse you for your time, trouble, and missed work?
