Awful tactics. You beanbag all the camera folk first. Then, once you're sure no one is recording, you go for face shots to the nearest miscreant. Blow teeth out of the ones who everyone can see.
No one will continue arguing when the cost becomes irreparable. Disperse.
Good luck with that. Everyone in the crowd has a camera in their pocket and a significant fraction of the windows in the background also have people with cameras behind them. Plus this is an urban hellscape, so there's likely a handful of security cameras recording.
