I have had a few decent women in command positions over me, but they were the ones who listened to the experts in the field, officers drop in from whatever academy they graduate from, and know jack shit about how the systems work, and they do not like to admit it but they depend on the Non Coms to know their jobs, because the officers get put in charge not knowing what the non coms do, and show up barking orders, because they are fresh out of Annapolis or the Citadel with a chip on their shoulder.


22 years old and think they know more than you who been there for 15 years in front of the same machine.


I can write a fucking novel about women on boats or in command in general.


For every awesome female officer ( I can name quite a few who were smart and just good compassionate officers who gave a fuck about their charges), you get 7 feminists who are enjoying the power over men a little too much, and do not even try to hide it.
