They are one in the same, the creatures we call jews are likely descended from the Canaanite race that the actual Hebrews were ordered to exterminate lest they become a thorn in the side of their progeny (which unfortunately they failed to actually do so). Its also widely believed that nogs are the further cursed descendants of the Canaanite race, (a belief that is mainly associated with Mormons today, but it was actually pretty common among real Christians well before Mormonism was even a thing) that blackened as they descended further into wickedness. The modern jews are at best the mongrel offspring of the Hebrews who disobeyed God and fornicated with Canaanites, its likely why Christ (who was a pure Hebrew, the only non-Israelite lineage He had would have been from the Moabite side of King David's family, and the Moabites were still Hebrews themselves) called the jews of His time fake Hebrews, many of them would have had Canaanite ancestry and were practicing the works of the Canaanites in secret (namely all forms of utter idolatry and savagery, which the modern jews also promote to this day)
