yeah, mid 20s and early 30s are dumb enough to work 12 hours a day on salary. most don't learn it's not worth it until after 35ish. it almost seems like a right of passage, until you realize it's not going to get you anywhere besides burnt out

I tried to tell women that no one is going to care about your quarterly sales report power point slide presentation in five years. But your five year old child would love you more than anything else in the world.

Most of them are depressed middle aged women now who cuddle up with their cats and watch saturday night live on NBC on saturday nights with the aroma of cat piss from the litter box in the kitchen permeating throughout the entire household.
