The bright side of being a zoomer who will never own a house is I'll never need to avoid HOAs. Do you know anything about them? Does a corporation own the entire subdivision therefore everything outside your property line is theirs? How do they have jurisdiction over a seemingly public road?

In yet another example of how good intentions can pave the road to hell, HOAs were developed to prevent having niggers for neighbors. Basically, everyone in a neighborhood would sign a contract that would forbid niggerish behavior and also forbid selling to anyone who doesn't also sign the contract. That way, if a nigger did move in, the inevitable niggerish behavior would activate the contract to force them out.

I agree, except for the fact that now the only people actually punished for shit in HOA more times than not are the whites, and it’s usually for the most petty short term shit like we see in the vid. Niggers laugh at HOA shit, and always pull out the nigger card if someone dares to breach it with them. Colin Flaherty did a whole episode on this about ten years ago, which was before everything was as bad as it is today. It’s so much worse now.
