Would've been cheaper to pay predatory parking enforcement tow truck $50 to drop the car than the $1000 in bumper damage.

I’ll never understand the mentality when I see vids like this. If you’re going to go retard, at least go full. You’re going to pay, and go to jail anyway, why damage your own vehicle. At least try to play the card that someone was trying to steal my vehicle so I took a knife and immobilized his means of thievery until the police got here. 😁

Seriously though, I assure you this is an HOA, and this is just part partial to living their and paying another nigger tax.
