They really use all those separate phones to do stuff like that? Couldn't they ran all those bots on one powerful computer? I don't know about the computing so I ask

The phones are usually stolen devices, running on wifi. You can buy "bulk phones" on ebay for 10-20 each when you buy quantity. They each run their own vpn so they all have separate IP address and unique accounts, then you use usb debugging to control them via automation from a broadcasting PC.
