Before this charge, I predicted he will plea out to 8 years.

I think now it's either shenanigans or the DA has a great case

Well, it's Collin County, so, maybe. But if it was Dallas County, he would get a black jury and walk. Collin County will have a lot of White jurors, it just depends on how much of their own Guilt they bring to the court room.

Sadly if Austin's father was on the jury, they'd find Anthony not guilty or he'd stonewall to a hung jury. So if he's representative of the area...
