Ok, so ... I don't like that this thing was charged with first degree murder. I would have preferred second degree as its burden of proof is much lower. Sure, the death penalty is off the table, but this is a classic case of over-charging on a high profile case due to public opinion.

Look for the prosecution to bungle it.

Been saying this from the beginning. He will walk on the murder 1 charge.

I have heard compelling arguments to Texas law where he brought a weapon onto school grounds illegally, so that potentially elevates crimes he commits with that weapon. But the eye witness testimony we've received so far sounds like a "heat of the moment" murder, which is murder 2. Couple that with the "soft on niggers" factor of our jewdicial system, and this kid walks with a full ride scholarship to UT or some shit.

Yea I want him to be convicted of murder 1. However I'm also concerned about what the pen will do to him. I think he'll be taken under some even more malicious nigger's wing, be crafted into an even more murderous nigger, and be let out early because our society is fucking retarded.

Idk, George Groid/BLM and covid (not to mention embrace of trans madness) broke all of my faith in our society.

Well, it's Collin County, so, maybe. But if it was Dallas County, he would get a black jury and walk. Collin County will have a lot of White jurors, it just depends on how much of their own Guilt they bring to the court room.

Sadly if Austin's father was on the jury, they'd find Anthony not guilty or he'd stonewall to a hung jury. So if he's representative of the area...
