Well, multiple reasons:
- We are generally working people and don't have infinite free time.
- Right-leaning views tend to be less artistic.
- Artists tend to be more effeminate. Given the fact that we all are more on the masculine side of things, we are more proficient in work that isn't just about creating internet "art" for the lulz. This may coincide with the previous point.
- It is difficult to become a known "artist" if you are hated by hyperactive internet faggots.
I personally work on a game, which is a work of everything. It is artistic, game-design, system design, a lot of technical work and essentially a lot of logic and math. But it's (until now) relatively little artistic work - that will change later.
Personally I am not so sure about my artistic skills, although I have them. I can write stories, I can create settings, I can draw, I can conjure up new ideas, I can do 2D and 3D art, I can judge aesthetics well, and I can improve. But these are things I don't like doing much... I'd rather create another symphony of mathematics than struggle to make a space ship look well. Of course it has to be done anyway.
Oh and the setting will be fascist. Essentially White people had enough of shitskins and niggers on Earth, fled Earth with space ships to a new planet, colonized it, and then after many decades the shitskins, chinks and jews caught up technologically and followed and wanted to "live with White peepo" together again (aka leech the gibs). Of course they refused, so the shitskins grew hostile, and started to harass settlements and ships until the Whites had none of it and decided to exterminate all subhumans because living even in the same universe is not feasible. The shit faction becomes the bandits that outnumber Whites, but the Whites have superior technology and even psi powers.
I won't explicitly say this, but it will be implied. For example there is no "skin color" slider, and all hostile NPCs' portraits are some shade of dark skin, chinks or big nosed baby penis suckers.

It depends what you mean by "our side" and "art". There's been plenty of "right wing"/pro-White "art". The scope includes a large variety of memes, Wojaks, video edits and etc. They either don't seek attention or actively want to be anonymous, which is why there's rarely any names to trace back to.

There are loads of right-wing artists. Perhaps not as much by volume as leftists, but more than enough to create great stuff. The main problem is that it is never boosted on social media, and half the artists have to work anonymously and risk doxxing.
In the 2014-2017 era there was an explosion of right wing and "based" artists getting exposure. When it was allowed to grow naturally people loved it.

I am an "artist" but I also have severe chronic depression so I am far from prolific.
Also I mostly sculpt, and spending 60-100 hours sculpting a shitpost rightwing meme doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

I don't get home from work and have time or energy to sit around thinking which shade of pink or green should go in which direction on some art. These faggots you reference are earning paychecks from Mr Shekelstein to draw all day, and any skill they have is because they waste their life practicing a surrogate activity.

If you count literary art, I'm currently working on a children-focused all ages fantasy novella/novel (I don't know how long it's going to turn out) promoting right wing values. The first one is about the rightly ordered role of men and women.
