If you've spent any amount of time on PDW you'd recognize the user. The mods are manipulating the comment sections by using some sort of ghost sticky. In this particular instance there seems to have been a glitch that dropped a sticky icon next to the comment, but using inspect element shows none of the normal sticky scripting.

All of the top comments in that thread are the "influencers" there, the mod alts that get 15 stickies a day.

I’m pretty sure hocuspocus is that same gratefuldead420 or whatever, he’d get banned because he was an obvious shill, then he’d come back with some new stoner band name (usually, not always but it was his theme). I got banned because I also busted the mods protecting him. They had done something where they were artificially giving his posts like an extra 50 upvotes. Called them out on it and they banned me.
