Thats not true. Being raped has absolutely observable harm to the woman. The vagina is damaged, she's no longer a virgin (this can be certified every year), there are caneras, phone location, etc. This is a stupid take.

no i think it makes sense, being killed for a false accusation is too scary and people wouldnt bother saying anything

if she has observable harm sure but she may not if she already wasn't a virgin and didn't resist
