death penalty for false accusations would make it so that it's not worth it for victims to go to the police
if you are a victim of one of those things and you can either just move away from the abuser or get a gun so he can't hurt you again, or go to the police and become a suspect of falsely accusing (even if you would have to be proven guilty, becoming a suspect is risky for anyone), it's better to just forget about it and protect yourself. and then he'll hurt more people.
Thats not true. Being raped has absolutely observable harm to the woman. The vagina is damaged, she's no longer a virgin (this can be certified every year), there are caneras, phone location, etc. This is a stupid take.

if she has observable harm sure but she may not if she already wasn't a virgin and didn't resist
